The registration fees do not include the insurance of participation by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal processions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation,
cancellation and personal effects.
Confirmation and further instruction
Confirmation of registration will be sent to delegates whose payment has been received. In addition, further
instructions will be sent out by email, to assist you with your visit to Mumbai. Please ensure that you submit your email address when registering.
Data Protection
Your name and address will be contained in the full list of participants, available to all delegates.
We may also be supplying names and addresses of participants to sponsors/exhibitors of the event to enable them
to contact you with regards to their marketing objectives and/or satellite programme.
