Entry Formalities:

A valid passport is required for entering India. An entry visa is required for most countries; please check on your requirements at the Indian Embassy or Consulate in your country or with your travel agent. The Organizing Committee will be pleased to provide a Letter of Invitation upon request to facilitate the participants' travel and visa arrangements.

Access by Air :

Most international airlines have direct flights to Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. Alternatively, you can arrive at Mumbai International Airport and fly to Delhi by our domestic airlines.

Letter of Invitation:

Invitation letters will be issued on request to facilitate the delegate travel. However this does not imply any financial support towards expenses for attending the conference, such as registration, travel and hotel accommodation.

Accommodation:

Plenty of hotels ranging from budget, economy to luxury segments are available at close proximity from the conference venue.
