established in the early 1990s to revive
Indian, classical dance. Founded by the late
Odissi dancer, Protima Gauri, it offers the long-term

as choreography, philosophy, music, mythology and
painting. |

This beautiful farm on the
outskirts of Bangalore aprox 25 kms, set amongst
swaying coconut palms, mango, sandal wood trees and a
fragrant garden of Jasmine, belongs to the renowned
Indian classical dancer and choreographer Rashme Hegde
Gopi, who has imaginatively converted the farm into a
theatre dotted with original stone and terracotta artifacts
which epitomize Indias mystique charm and
ambience and yet preserve its ecological and ethnic
balance. |
