To confirm the accommodation we need 100% Hotel accommodation charges by 15th July 2008 for ISTA hotel, by 30th September 2008 for Novotel & by 30th October 2008 for Ellaa Compass Suites.

Cancellations, Amendments & Substitutions for accommodation
Cancellations must be received in writing to Thomas Cook no later than 10th July 2008 for ISTA hotel, 25th September 2008 for Novotel & 24th October 2008 for Ellaa Compass Suites. Prior to this date 01night deposit will be refunded less INR 2,500/- as administrative charges. After this date the entire payment is non-refundable. However, substitution of attendees may be made at any time.

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will release the reservation by 1000 hours the following day and the deposit is non-refundable.

Thomas Cook reserves the right to charge the full cost of any booking in the event of any nights cancelled after 15th July 2008 for ISTA hotel, 30th September 2008 for Novotel & 30th October 2008 for Ellaa Compass Suites

Thomas Cook must receive in writing before 30th Nov 2008 for nil cancellations at Executive housing ISB. Any cancellations 1st Dec. onwards will attract one night tariff.  

Thomas Cook will endeavor to meet all accommodation requests. However, should your preferred accommodation choice be unavailable, Thomas Cook reserves the right to make your booking at the nearest available alternative.
