Crafts Council of India is a voluntary, non -
governmental organisation, working
in the craft sector, for the welfare of crafts persons and the
development of handicrafts. CCI was established in 1964 by
Smt. Kamala Devi Chattopadhyay and has its headquarters in
Chennai. Smt.Rukmini
Devi Arundale was the first president of Crafts Council of India
from 1976
to 1988. CCI is the apex body with a network of 14
affiliated State

region |
