Terms & Conditions for ICERP 2017 - Hotel Bookings

The room rates are in Indian Rupees (INR) on per room per night basis & inclusive of bed & breakfast & luxury taxes unless specified.
Government service tax of 1.5% will be applicable on the total invoice amount. Any future levies will be charged extra. (only on hotel booking)
Check - in time at the hotels is 15:00 hours & Check out at 12:00 hours.
To confirm the room reservation we need 100% advance payment.
The validity of Special rates is till 10th December 2016.
Twin room (i.e. 2 separate beds) will be subject to availability at the time of check - in.
Amendment Clause:

Amendment/change in Name only shall be entertained.
Any date amendment/change will not be entertained.

Cancellation Clause for rooms booked on/or before as per the dates mentioned below:

On/or before 10th December 2016 - No cancellation charges.
From 11th December 2016 - 31st December 2016 - 50% cancellation charges will be applicable.
From 1st January 2017 onwards & No Show - 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
Any room cancellation needs to be addressed in writing only.

Refund Clause - Any refunds if applicable for cancellations based as per the above clauses will be processed in/by 7 working days after the completion of the event (Post 16th January 2017).
To avail special rates, the above said terms and conditions will be applicable irrespective of hotel rules.
Rooms are subject to availability. If rooms are not available in the requested/same hotel we may offer rooms in other similar category of hotel.
